Eating his shedding

I guess the title pretty much speaks for itself, my ambilobe just are a shed that came off his bottom jaw...is this ok?

yes, some of them do it and some don't!

Some of mine have ate some of their shed. I usually clean up the shed right away when it falls off so that they don't eat it.

my crested geckos eat their shed all the time, actually watched my female turned her body around and eat it right off her own back
