I looked at your humidity levels on your ask for help sheet and they are good. So whatever you are doing, just keep doing it! I know there is alot of stuff to learn but once you get everything in order and the right equipment, it will be smooth sailing! Hoepfully removing the substrate will not have that big of an impact on your levels. Having live plants and running the dripper will help.

ok thx... so what would in your experience for a veiled cham what would be over feeding her. I mean one day she ate 14 worms in one day! Oh and she finally ate out of my hand tonight she ate two worms and one more out of the bottom of her tank about an hour later.
