Earth worm or parasite!?

I was cleaning the cage and several of these were under the plants. My cham is healthy as far as I know, eating and active! Just want to make sure these are just earthworms ! I have a video too

That looks to be some type on nematode. I could not say what species.

I think you are okay nematodes are small earth worms.

You wouldn’t be finding a bunch of chameleon parasites under the plants. At most you’d see something directly in a fresh poop. You’re fine! Just normal worms.

Looks like a southern or warm climate earth worm. they are more clear and widdle. The cool weather and "night crawler" worms are bigger with thicker skin.
