Dusting

I've had mixed opinions on this but I wanted to know how many times a week I should dust my crickets with multi vitamins and how many times a week I should dust with calcium

It is generally suggested to do the following: (1) dust with phosphorous-free calcium powder without vitamin D3 at every feeding, (2) dust with phosphorous-free calcium powder with vitamin D3 every other week, and (3) dust with a multivitamin every other week as well.

It depends on what species you have. Panthers and veiled have a similar schedule but montaine species like jackson's require much less.
