hey just realily quick are there any really cheap ideas for a homemade dripper because i'm in need of one, thanks!

Two-liter bottle with a hole punched in the bottom. That's about as cheap as it gets!

Take a deli cup and poke a very tiny hole in the bottom of it so it drips about one drip every second or so.
Fill it with room temperature water.

I read someone put ice cubes in a cup and it melted slowly... is it ok to use ice?

It might be too cold for the chameleon. Don't forget they are cold blooded.
