Hi there and welcome! Well right off the bat i can just make a list:

Bigger enclosure (looks too small, what are the dimensions?)
Correct lighting
More plant coverage and horizontal branches
Basking branch looks too low

I would recommend filling out the help form to get a husbandry check.
