Does the wattage on UVB matter?

I have a 3 month old panther and I'm getting her new bulbs. I'm wondering does the wattage matter all that much? I will be getting a UVB 5.0, but should I go with 13 or 26 watt?

guess it depends on your Cage/Viv/Ter I think, like mine for example I have a exo terro one for now while my chameleon is a baby, which has Mesh at the top and I had a Arcadia 5% UVB tube light, but then I had people helping me out and advising me to upgrade to a 12% due to the UVB not going through the mesh properly so now I have a Arcadia 12% UVB D3 tube light, so that the UVB lighting can go through the mesh properly but if this isn't the answer your looking for, as I was only giving you an example of my situation to see if it would help you, then I'm sure someone will give you a in-depth or quick decent answer soon
