Do pygmies need a heat lamp?

I read that pygmies need it to be from 60-78*. My house is always within that range. I don't want him to overheat! I know I need a UVB lamp, but I'm just wondering about the heat lamp. Thanks!

A heat lamp is not required, but it may help to create a temperature gradient. The link below briefly talks about lighting requirements for pygmy chameleons.
