I agree with Chris. He looks like a typical 4 to 5 month old male veiled. Luie was 8 or 9 months old before he colored up.

Looks like an ordinary male in the pics that you post now but the pic of him black with ROBIN BLUE spots is the typical gravid female colouration. Its just weird...
