Do chameleons still change colors after they die?

Thanks guys this is an older thread however, and I have gotten over her death. I'm just glad she died in a nice big 29 gallon home with Olive seemingly comforting her in her hardest times before passing. (I made a thread about it called "Pygmy love?") it was very touching to watch them together.
