Do chameleons act weird after they shed?

I think mine just shed because he has tiny specks of skin on him. Hes been staying inside his plants do they do things like this when they shed?

they can go crazy when they start to shed. If he has tiny specks of skin, its possible he hasnt started shedding yet, as opposed to just finishing.
My guy stops eating, and cage cruises everywhere when he sheds. they are just uncomfortable in their own skin.

Thanks, mine been doing alot of moving around so i guess hes going to shed soon. Thanks for the help.
