Discoid adults to big for Jacksons male?

I started a Discoid culture in Aug and it is doing very well. The adults are larger and harder than I expected. Should my adult male Jacksons still be able to eat them?
He loves the smaller ones and has no problem with the large Florida native roaches AKA Palmetto bugs but these seem softer bodied.

Those are way too big. You need to feed the babies to him.
