Digging

No heat mat at all.
Night time temps need to drop considerably to allow your chameleon to sleep well. (60 to 65 degrees f.)
I would remove the basking light completely for now and check the top temp again in a few hours.

Well ... try experimenting without first.
If you end up needing it tho .. white light (regular household bulb).
