Came home from Christmas stuff today and my heat was off. It was 55 in my house I checked the temps of the eggs they are 63 and 65. Are they going to be ok????

It could have slowed the incubating process. I would just keep the temps on track, and see what happens.

I'm no expert on the matter, but I would say just get them back up to the optimal temp. I have pondered the fluctuations in temps for the eggs and figure that in the wild there is never a constant temperature and weather is always changing, so some minor occurances (such as this) shouldn't have too much of an effect. You couldn't see it, but the babies were probably shivering. jk:D

What species is it? Some species are incubated at lower temps than say a Panther or Veiled. I would just get them back to he temp you had them at before and see what happens.

They're veiled eggs. That makes me feel a little better. I guess I will just keep my fingers crossed and look at them this weekend.
