Uh, you want it low in the day and high at night.
A simple small fan that ran for like an 30-60min in the morning would help dry it out. But if its humid all day long it will never dry out and you can expect some mold growth. Ideally you would want it completely dry several times a day.
Now if you are below 50% from 10am till 10pm, that is perfectly fine. I dont fog but do have a mister. I give them a real good soaking when lights first come on, then mist for a few minutes several times a day depending on the time of year, just till keep the humidity above 35. Currently my room is a glorious 66F 33% humidity around noon during this winter day.
