Cynthia’s new cage build

So I’m building Cynthia’s new cage finally. Here’s what I have done so far.

I started with a 2x2x4 reptibreeze, cut some corrugated plastic to fit on the back and 2 sides and secured it with thin wire.

Next I put down some spray foam and placed the pots in and let it set for a while.

Came back a while later and sprayed over the pots.

I got some of this bamboo lattice stuff and cut it to size and spray foamed it in above the pots.

I did the same thing for both sides.

Today I’m adding another flower pot and a piece of cork bark to the back wall.

I’m still trying to figure out what I want to do with the walls on this bottom section. Maybe more bamboo lattice. Any suggestions?

Some of the bottom will have to be for the laying bin. The other side could have a potted plant for a highway down to the bin.

Ya I will be trying to find some type of tree to put in the middle. Or slightly to one side and fit the laying bin in. I was thinking of another flower pot down there on the side but I don’t think it would get any light.

Looking good. I don't usually trim back the foam because I like the organic look of how it bubbles. That still has a nice natural feel to it.
I didn't used to coat the foam either but the black kind I use will fade to an ugly green near the UVB light.

Ya I like the look of not trimming it and that you can clean it but it’s almost impossible to find black spray foam around here so the yellow would look terrible that’s why I trim and coat it.

Your a master at this dude

Haha. I’ve had a lot of practice. I have redone my red eyed tree frog tank like 4 times now so that gave me a lot of experience. I also have a green tree frog tank and a green anole tank I did. And now the 3 Cham cages.
