Cup feeding designs??

I would rather free range my cham's food, but my cage that I currently have is not bug proof, so I need some ideas on cup feeding please! Any pics or ideas would be great. I can be pretty creative so homemade ideas are great too I feed him crickets of course, and different kinds of soft bodied worms(silk worms, wax worms, pheonix worms) and supers too. Oh, and he's 8 months old and in his adult cage

I use a bird dish. Easy to hang and the crickets dont get out.

I also have a couple bird bowls (I think they were intended for birds to bath in). As well, I use large ceramic bowls (like you'd eat your cereal or soup out of)

yes, those work well. Quite popular. I think they are ugly myself, and prefer to use a green or brown bowl (and some of my animals refuse to eat from white or shiny containers)

Thank you for the links The only thing I worry about is when the mister goes off that it doesn't drown my bugs in the cup

George can't use his tongue (it shoots crooked) so he really gets in there.

put screen on the bottom, or poke holes in the bottom for any water to drain out of.
