If you are going for a realistic sketch of the photo, the proportion is off a tad.

The best way to keep this in check, in my opinion, is to continuously compare distances of objects, to the size of small portions of the original image. Make it easy on yourself, and build the outline piece by piece. :)

Then go for the shading. ;)

What # pencil did you use?

I think a softer lead for the shading would have given it a better "look".

Thats just my opinion though.

What do you think of it? Thats what matters.

It looks great though, and there is nothing wrong with it. :)

Always keep in mind, do what works best for you.

Thanks for the tips everyone, yeah it was a bit hard because i was drawing it while looking at the picture on my computer, and I hadn't drawn for a long time. here are a few I did when I was in portfolio class, so I was drawing everyday  it is definitely NOT like riding a bike when you try to get back into it :p

I love drawing pictures of my chameleons, I will post whenever I do one, maybe this will get me back into drawing :p I do love it I just hardly have the time now to just sit and do it. I will try to just post ones of the chameleons though, since it is a chameleon forums art gallery ;)
