Crickets kept outside

Good morning,
What do you guys think about keeping my crickets outside on my porch? I live in San Diego. The temp drops to the low 60's at night. Will this kill them or is the temp ok?

The temps are fine for them, my chameleon room drops to that every night and the crickets do great.

Your ok I live in San Diego too, and keep mine outside. Keep a lid on them though with a screen for air. I didn't have a lid on mine at first and birds were eating them.

What was even funnier was my 5 year old wanted a bb gun to shoot them for stealing his lizards food.

I would worry about possums too.

Keep an I out for ants they can be a real pain.

Garage

I live in mi and in the winter it gets very cold,any chance I could keep my crickets in my garage with a heat pad ?it is inselated and I heat it up with my wood stove 6-7 days a week!
