cool down

I was wondering what you guys think about putting computer fans on the top of the enclosure at night to help with the cool down? I Wouldn't run them during the day because that is when they regulate their heat. I own Jacksons, and I think mom is about to give birth. I keep hearing how important it is to get the cool down especially for neonates. My house being climate controlled it is difficult to get the cool down without some outside influence. what are your thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.

What temp does your room drop to at night? You may only need to turn the cage lights off unless your room isn't going to drop below mid 70s at night. Moving the air won't do as much at night to cool the cage if the room itself is still too warm.

The room temp is 70-72 degrees, but the temps range from 72 degrees at the top to 68 degrees at the bottom in the enclosure at night, but from what I am to understand it should get in the low 60's at night. She stays at the top when she sleeps. The neonates when I had them slept all over. She seems to be thriving, it's the babies that are coming that I am worried about. I don't want a repeat of last time. If I had a basement to put the enclosure in then I could let it drop to the low 60's. See that's where in lies my dilemma I don't have a room that drops that low, and I know it's not good to have direct heat, or AC blow on them. Veiled chams were so much easier.:(

I wonder if you could get a few more degrees drop if you put some reusable blue ice packs on a tray near the bottom of the cage at night. If you use a small fan to circulate the cooler air, it should probably be low speed and indirect.
