Constant nose rub

Zuri always seems to have nose rub that is constantly in various stages of healing. Just when its about cleared up, she goes and does it again. Is there any reason why she would be doing this? She really loves to come out and visit/ sit in the window and bask in the sunlight. Even being heavily pregnant right now, she still loves to come out and is always at the front of her cage, begging. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get her to stop doing this? Or anything I can do to help heal it?
