i found a very sweet 6 ft tall enclosure that used to be home to a iguana, which died of unknown causes. Is it safe to re-use this enclosure for my cham?

Thanks!

You could do it. But personally it worry me. Ive heard others with exp with this say they used hydrogen peroxide. 4% solution I believe. You get it at beauty supply places. Anyways, they use that too basically disinfect the cage.

I am using an Iguana cage too for my new outdoor cage! The Iguana did not die though. I just used soap and water and hosed it down. I proably would have been more diligent about cleaning had something die in it. I of course used my own plants and all new branches. The iguana was out of it for quite some time also and it sat empty from what I was told.
