does your cham pretty much stay the same color all the time?

im looking at some female panthers and they all have pictures of what they should look like and they are mostly brown, are only the males the really colorful ones?

this is plain bogus! females can have peculiar blue bars, pink/orange bodies, and pink/purpleblue/ or green dots on them. females change all the time, i find them better than the males, i love my girls! asfar as panthers are concerned.... and veileds are prety much the same way just different colors and patterns.

yes, the males are the more colorful ones. If you are looking for color, get a male. The females are more peachy, and not so colorful.

Depends what colours you like.

Females change colours often, from peaches and pinks to browns, beige, grey, black and bright orange, etc. often with blue or green cheeks and possibly some spots. I rather like these colours. I find my females change colour more frequently than my males (often due to changes in receptivity, or in response to a favourite food, but also apparently sometimes just for the heck of it).

The colour of males is dependant on their local type. NosyBe have a torquoise blue colour most of the time. Sambava might be green or pink. Ambilobe might be green, red, blue barred, yellow.... Males can be very colourful, though I find them less inclined to change colour (unless upset/excited, such as when seeing another male).
