Colorful plants recommendations?

Hello 😊

Can someone please recommend colorful plants for veileds, that are also not hard to take care of? I am not the best at keeping plants but I recently got a grow light. I have space for one plant on the cage floor and for 1-2 plants to hang up on the sides.
For now I have: 2x ficus benjamina on the floor, 1x codiaeum on the floor and 1x hanging pothos.

Thanks!

Tradescantia zebrina is a beautiful plant - sometimes the bottoms look purple and other times reddish.
Nerve plants are great for a touch of interest and color and come in red, pink and white.
Polka dot plants are also nice little pops of color.
If they are available and your plant light is strong enough, crotons are pretty nice and can have all different colors.
If you have a super strong plant light, try a hibiscus. Just make sure to remove all the soil down to bare root as they can have ants. My veiled girl has eaten many hibiscus down to the nub.
Also, just so you know, pothos comes in several varieties and while the main color is still green, they are different and are great additions.
Do check out the different types of dracanae too. AFAIK, all in the class is safe for veileds.

This is Petr Necas’ list and he doesn’t say which are veileds tested/safe. I have used begonia maculata and calathea with my veileds with no issue (they didn’t eat them at all).
