Ficus plant - struggling

Hello!

I am sorry if its a dumb question but how do yall keep your ficus benjamina alive? I have three in the enclosure and they hate me apparently! Their leaves fall off all the time - in the MIDDLE and on the BOTTOM. Not the top. I wasnt concerned before because I was like "well, it has a lot of leaves so a few falling off isnt a problem" but now I have a stick with 15 leaves on it.

Also, I dont want another big-tree-like plant to switch it with, I tried schefflera and she hated me even more.

Thank you!!

I’ve heard when replanted they will lose a lot of leaves, but will recover in time. Do you have any special plant lighting for them? You say you have three in one enclosure? How big are the plants and how big is the enclosure? Are they possibly overcrowded? Are they getting enough water? Do they have good drainage? Did their soil get compacted so that the water doesn’t truly get to the plant?
I haven’t much experience with weeping fig, but these are the general things to check with plants that are failing.

Are you using a light for your plants? I use an Arcadia jungle dawn led and it keeps my ficus growing.
