Can anyone tell me when male veileds start to develop colors patterns?

patterns are usually at a young age, but thats just the stripes and spots, they start to develope colors around 3-5 months, every chameleon is different though, but thats usually when it starts

ye i would agree with the above mine was about 4months old an the female was a bit longer
