how long ago did you get her and when was the fire? a cham in a new environment is usually stressed and acts different anyway, and a house fire would be traumatic for anybody, let alone how sensitive chams are. where are toes missing? if it's all the toes on one side of a foot that could explain why she's more cautious about moving now. could be sick too (possibly from inhaled smoke?) I know mine is just getting over a respiratory infection and he spent a good week hardly moving from his basking spot. just like a human getting a fever they try to kill whatever is inside them by raising their temp. has she seen a vet since all this happened? but as for your question if her basking spot is a good temp, and she can get uvb from that same spot I wouldn't say she could be "overdoing it", and if she is eating and drinking ok and there's no other symptoms maybe she just needs time to adjust?
