Clean, clean, clean

Im writing to tell new members: change the humidifier water and wash the container as well. It doesnt work to just keep fresh water for humidity and drinking. WASH THE CONTAINERS. My chams have some bad bacteria in their guts. I have appropriate meds now and they are fine but I realized I was introducing it into their environment through their air! Clean clean clean

I'm glad to hear your guys are OK. May I ask why you use humidifiers? Do you mist and drip?

Just curious, so the vet said it was from the fogger? Would like to hear more about this.

I would like to hear more about this story ,I do not use a humidifier or a fogger on my cage ,I do not need those things
and it would scare my chameleon to death, I've moved him 2 times in the last week but he is back in our bedroom
where he was to begin with. Well let us know more

I'm assuming it was giardia because that is a common waterborne illness
