The key difference between ease of care of a veiled vs jackson's will be their temp and humidity requirements. Your particular house or regional climate will probably determine how much easier one or the other actually is. If you live in a dry climate, need AC in summer, have cold dry winters, or your house doesn't cool into the low 60s at night, a jax will be harder. You may invest more $ into humidifiers or misters, possibly needing an AC too. They need consistently higher cage humidity than a veiled, cooler temps especially at night, and are more sensitive to supplements. They tend to be shy, but docile (at least mine seemed to be).
