I thought that I would share this little story with all of you...
I took an extra long nap today and woke up far later than when I usually put MoMo to bed, and I freaked out when I saw the time and quickly opened his cage to check on him. He was already curled up near the bottom of the cage asleep, and I almost left him alone, but then I thought that I should make sure he wasn't thirsty (he hasn't quite figured out the dripper yet). It is a good thing that I took him out, because I noticed that one of his eyes was white and he was blinking a lot. Anyway, I got him in the light and pulled this out of his eye...
I may not look like much, but in a tiny baby chameleon eye, it was huge.
This is Mo a few minutes after the ordeal.
He is so cute. He is a very brave little man. He didn't try to bite me once while I was poking around his eye.
