The wheat bran in my baby supers container which holds thousands of em is really soiled but there so tiny I don't know how to separate them from the wheat bran any ideas?

ok well get a strainer with small holes and sift them, some are sold at pet stores...or just throw down a trash bag and dump it all out and pick them out...I suggest using a hard plastic container with mesh lid, they can eat out of those containers their sold in, and use regular oatmeal the kind we eat..right from container...dont cook it. lol :)

I use a very fine strainer. Even this cannot be done until the larva are at least a cm in length. Until then, just add fresh gutload/substrate (wheat bran etc) and if needs be increase the size of the container to accomodate, so that the fecal matter is less than a quarter of the total volume.
