Go to Ship Your Reptiles, they use UPS but have a discounted rate and they also sell all the supplies you need and give you instructions on packing.

Not sure where in PA you are... but you can buy shipping supplies from Uline.com and pick it up from the Will Call.

I second shipyourrepitles.com I shipped my first animal with them a week ago..very easy to use & its nice to get a cheaper shipping option
