Chameleon Salad

My wife called me at work today freaking out because Pipin the Senegal was acting weird. I sounded like he was getting all fired up and angry at his reflection. I told her to turn off is basking light which causes the reflection and mist him really well until the glass was all wet and not reflecting. Either way I'm mounting his lights tomorrow and moving him to his screen cage which i now set up.

I explained this and hung up. I got home to find a lovely salad in is enclosure in a little plastic container propped up where he could easily get to it. Carrots, tomatoes, apples, and romaine lettuce all sliced up really well. She explained he was probably mad because he needed some salad and even had a good poop after she put it in. ha haa It looks like he did eat some of it at least.

I'm going to need to get an Iguana I think so my wife can make salads for reptiles!

Is there any chance of compaction from small carrot pieces? That is my only concern as I just don't know and am not sure if I should watch for it.

My veileds eat fruits and veggies all the time. I give them small slivers of carrot with no problems but never tomatoes. I've read on here that tomatoes are not good for chams so I don't feed tomatoes nor use them in the gut load.
