You cannot import gracilior. CITES has a ban on exports from Camaroon, thats where q. gracilior comes from. If you want those, you need to go through Janet. She is the only one curently breeding healthy unrelated animals.

You do not know what you are trying to do. It will just be impossible. Honestly, don't even think about it. You have no idea what was involved when the first quad/gracilior import came in in December 2014.
Importing most chameleons is a complicated and expensive venture. Wild caught are completely different from captive bred specimens and require a lot of care. Not all of them make it. Perhaps look into it more before just trying to import something.
