Cham with weirdddddd side?

Hey, my cham who's almost 9 or 10 months now has been going great, and this morning when I went to turn his lights on and all I realized something weird, his ribs when he got mad and hissed and puffed up was on one side just normal and the other side it was a bit weird almost like an arrow pointing up then to the left, it's weird, and I'm afraid, could it be from a fall?

Honestly he doesn't seem like he's having any problems because of it, he's moving around fine and having a good time just going around.

Im 99% sure I know what you are talking about, and its normal

Look up some X-Rays, and I think youll find that most of their bones structures coincide with what you are seeing. It could be positioning making one side look different.
