Carrot LEAVES/STEMS for gutloading

Greetings! Been a while since I've been on here, but I had a quick question.

My girlfriend's mom came home with some carrots from the farmer's market, so I was wondering if the stems/leafy part of the corn up top were a safe to add to the gutload mix.

Thanks for any feedback and suggestions!

Have no experience with beet leaves, but carrot tops are totally fine.

Edit: Beet tops can be used to feed feeders, but use it sparingly. They have high amounts of phosphorous.

Beet tops have a pretty good Calcium/Phosphorus ratio but the oxylate levels are through the roof (scavenges calcium.)
