Cant close his mouth

So today i woke up and gave my cham water after that i took him out of the cage to make hik go around the house and noticed this litlle bump on the riggt side of his mouth and looked at the left side and saw that it was like this(first photo) here is the right side. Can someone tell me what this is

I can see swelling for sure. If I were to guess, looks like maybe a bug bite, or abases inside his mouth.

This would be a good case for a vet.
It may go down, but the fact that there is a bump on one side, and swelling in the corner of the other, suggests the need for antibiotics.

If you can open his mouth, make sure there is no derbies stuck in his gums.

The vet gave me some anti biotics and suggested to spread oxyganated water on his lips to prevent infections
 
Antibiotics are the way to go with these infections around the mouth. Some antibiotics (Bytril or enrofloxacin) can be hard on the kidneys so pay close attention to keeping him hydrated. Feed soft bodied worms, horn or silk and longer early and late mistings with a humidity bump into the 80-100% range for most of the night.
