candling eggs

Hi guys I have 3 clutches of eggs from 3 different female chameleons... the first clutch with the biggest size of eggs was laid at october 7, 2013 the second clutch from the 2nd female at october 19 and the last batch was at october 21. This last clutch had relatively small eggs maybe only half or 2/3 the size from the first 2 clutches. Out of curiosity tonight i tried to candle my eggs. I didnt see much from the first 2 batches with bigger eggs and lain earlier.... but the small eggs lain at october 21 had veins already and were reddish when candled only 2 eggs were still yellow. What does this mean? there is only 1 fertile batch? or that this batch will probably hatch first? some tell me you only see veins when candling at approximately 4-5 months from time it was lain... these eggs are 3 months old I'd appreciate any input thanks
