Can you breed a veiled and a pather?

just out of curiosity! does anyone know?

Nope...they are much too different genetically. Not just different species, but different genus separation. Even behaviorally and visually they would probably not recognize each other as potential mates. There are some panther locales that may not be compatible either.

No this is not posible.

The only thing that they do if they see eachother is fighting and biting.

And if you have a pair(realise yourself) that should try it youl get dead chams in the egg because of thedifference in dna is too much.

You can compair it too a dog and a cat getting puppy's(not possible also.)

Actually its not comparable to a dog and a cat, because dogs and cats are from complete different families. While veilds and panthers are still in the "chamaeleoninae" family. Still, genetic makeup is too different for breeding.

While its not possible there is a picture in the gallery of an adult vield mating with a female panther, so they may go at it but its most likely not going to be successful.

well ok the compair of the dog and cats was wrong then take it as a lion and a housecat.

and the foto's of the veiled with the panther mating out is possible but you never get baby's out of it.
