That looks like kidney failure...
Typically due to a vitamin/mineral issue in the diet. Not due to a feeder type or lighting. The only time ive had it related to feeders is when i was plain out feeding them the wrong diet, aka almost exclusively pinkies with just D3 calcium powder.
