Can he still be hungry?

I'm new at this and don't know how much to feed Picasso...I give him 10 to 12 crickets each morning and maybe 3or 4 later in the day when I see him hunting for more....but about 5pm each night he looks like he is searching for more....3 months old, should I give him more?

Depending on the size of the feeder that should be enough. Babies are very active, bear in mind that in the wild they have to be very active to get as many insects into them as possible. With you looking after him it's much easier to get all he needs, but he has nothing else to do with his time so he goes hunting/exploring.
If he isn't nervous this could be a good time to see if he'll happily climb on you for a while. You can use the later insects to tempt him to come and see you. If he's too nervous to come over, he can't be that hungry .

Thanks David.....he acts like he doesn't want to come out, but when he does, he loves it.....he will go to sleep in my hands, I love that about him, and I just wanted to know if he was getting all he needed to eat.
