Can male veileds overeat?
Or do they eat until they're full?

When they are young and growing rapidly (say < 1 yr, < 6 months for sure) I would let them eat their fill. They have substantial energy and nutrient demands since they grow quickly. Once they are adults, it is often necessary to watch their weight and cut back their food intake if they are becoming noticably fat. Once they reach adult size their energy demands go way down, since they are only growing very slowly at that point. Like most animals, given an unlimited, easy food supply, many will overeat. It's something to keep an eye out for at the least, and if the chameleon is becoming noticablly chubbier (it is often especially easy to see in the legs) cutting back on food may be in order. It's always useful to get other opinions at that stage though, and I'd post photos and ask others' opinions if that becomes a concern.
