Calcium+multivitamin supplements

First off, i would love some opinions on the best brands of cal. and vit. And second, since multivitamin supplements have calcium, and we also use a calcium supplements I'm kinda confused why multivitamins contain calcium. Can anyone give a good explanation of the whole purpose of that? I'm sure there is one, but i am really curious about the details. Also I have and adult male fischer's cham, saved him from a crappy pet store, got him hydrated and hes doing good, being that im pretty sure he is full grown, but still young I would really like to know how often i should dust his food he lives in a reptarium indoors. As of now I'm very lightly dusting his crickets every feeding.

I use Reptical and Herptivite. Multivitamins have calcium because they are not specifically made for chameleons. Chameleon keepers and breeders have found that more calcium is needed than what is put in the multivitamins to prevent MBD and other bone issues.
