Butterworms

I had some butterworms laying round last night, so decided to see how the parsons would repond. In all my years of keeping them, I don't think I have ever offered.

Nice video Steve. I had Padre in the house on one of the panther's free ranges and I was going around feeding butter worms to the veileds and panthers and I offered Padre one and to my surprise he ate it and another and another and another. I was shocked because he normally wants large feeders.

Yes, I was surprised too. I got a 50/50 response. Half of them loved them and ate 3 to 4 each. And the other half ignored me and my red and orange worms. Split between the sexes to.

That's awesome..... My boy won't touch them he looks at me like ......really what is that lol.
But he hasn't turned down a katydid yet also he likes green banana roaches which is strange because they are only the size of a cricket..... He will eat 3 or 4 dozen of those in one meal

I second that. My dragon is quite wary of the pinkest butterworms, but eats hornworms before they touch the floor, and will nibble my fingertips if I'm wearing yellow nailpolish.
