My cham also got burned like that and I contacted the vet by phone. My vet just told me to increase the distance to the lamp, and put some ointment on it. (I used an ointment that was in gel form so that it would dry out fast)
I also asked is it OK to take a small piece of wet toilet paper, and put it on it's head to shield the burned part from being burned even more. (When people get sunburned, they are more sensitive to sunshine, and I reasoned that it should be shielded a bit)
The vet answered yes it's ok, as long as the piece of toilet paper dries out, and the burn does not get infected and secrete any puss.
About a month or so passed, and it healed completely.
