Bumps?

There are 2 bumps on each side of Carl's mouth. It looks as if his cheeks are swollen and I'm wondering if I should go to the vet.

Yes I agree with freddyf385, take him to the chameleon specialist vet.

This is where my head was at too which is why I wanted to see the inside of the mouth.
