Hard growth

My panther chamelion is about 2yrs old. He just developed a small hard bump on his face. I noticed it after his most recent she'd. I have no idea what it could be. He eats well and moves around well. Diet of crickets and superworms with horn worms every once in awhile. Dust food with d3 mixed with multivitamin. Thanks for ant help. It's the bump under his eye. First pic is last week and one with worm in mouth is today. He finished his she'd last week

Its very hard to see what you are talking about. Not close up enough to get an idea anyway. If its a lump under unbroken skin with no obvious wound or crustiness on the surface, it could be an abscess or tumor. If there's a scab, crusty area, discolored skin it could be viral, bacterial, or fungal infection.
