Bumps on front arms

Hello again everyone. I hoped I wouldn't have to post a new thread in the health forums for a while (or ever again, I hate when something's wrong!) but here I am. I was ill informed when I first bought my male veiled chameleon in that I wasn't told that I needed cal with d3, in fact I had no idea until I came here. Was having issues with some shakiness until I got him a calcium with d3 and after a week he is much better however I have a new problem :(. My 6 month old Cham Blue has some odd bumps on his front legs (please see photos). He tries to move away if I touch them and hisses, so it appears that they hurt. He has a 70 watt heat bulb and a reptisun 5.0 uvb bulb. Eats mostly gutloaded crickets with a few mealworms in between as extra treats. Lives in a glass/screen combo cage. Humidity around 60-80 percent but higher if I mist especially heavily (having the heater on makes my air extremely dry!) crickets are dusted with a multivitamin every other week and I just gave him d3 calcium for the first time last Friday as well as calcium now 3x per week (again as I said I was misinformed that the multivitamin I was giving him had enough calcium, but now I know better thanks to this awesome website and the amazing members!) very much hoping that this isn't anything serious and will heal! Really would appreciate anyone's thoughts on this!

Had to put him on the top of my computer for him to sit still, but here you can really see the 2 bumps on his front leg.

This is his right side. Definitely not as bad with only 1 of the bumps, however it is one too many. I am very concerned.

Looks like metabolic bone disease maybe?
Oh I was afraid of that, as he didn't have proper calcium supplements until this past Friday... That was in the back of my mind but I didn't want to admit it to my self (nobody likes to see their pets hurting, right?). Depending on what everyone else says, I may be paying my vet a visit :(

I'm so sorry. I'm going through a tough time with my cham too so I understand the frustration. Hope he gets better nice and quick!

I would be suspicious of MBD, the second bump on the left front arm could be either the bone bowing or possibly a broken bone that is, or has healed. I don't have any experience with MBD, but from what I have seen on the forums, at a quick glance, that would be what it appears to be to me.

I would take him to the vet tomorrow to get him checked, but unfortunately tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day here in the US and my vet is closed, so hopefully I can get him in on Friday! MBD is reversible correct?

I'm not sure if it is reversible as in the bumps or any curved bones will go back to the way they were originally, but I do know that it is possible to prevent it from progressing any further.

It doesn't look like the normal way elbows go when it's MBD...but I think that's likely what it is.
Does your vitamin powder have prEformed vitamin A in it? Or is it Herptivite?

If it is MBD then it needs to be corrected by providing liquid calcium until it is corrected and proper husbandry needs to be provided to keep it from returning.
