Bugs and new enclosure shopping

I have like a few thousand red runners, all of my animals eat them. They breed like zergs. I had only 60 of them a year ago, if I didn't cull them and throw away hundreds of egg cases a month, I would have a least 100 thousand by now. Btw they don't bite you.

Hibiscus need strong light to thrive. If you want one, go with Jungle Dawn.

In my bioactive setup, I have some unexpected visitors like earthworms, silverfish, fungus gnats etc

As for biting, so far only crickets tried to bite me but they can't pierce human skin. So I see their mouthparts moving against my skin and do nothing to me.

Anyone heard of a white bird of paradise plant and is it safe for chameleons? Thinking of getting this arrangement. The other ones are marked safe. Thoughts?
