Caught this little male stumpffi in a great hiding place.

Then, found a couple brookesia thieli eggs! These are from an F1 x wc, so hoping for some more success. Well hidden.

Very cool! What size are the eggs? I’m fascinated by the size of my k boehmei eggs.

Are there any breeders of brookesia in the US?
B. Stumpffi eggs are surprisingly big, a bit smaller than a small panther egg, or roughly the size of a lateralis egg. B. Thieli eggs are much smaller (similar in size to calumma linotum, fallax, F. campani etc.). As far as breeders, there's not really any of them. I've produced a number of brookesia so I guess I count, but I'm hesitant to sell any most of the time. This is because clutch sizes are pretty small and CBB brookesia are so coveted and fun to keep. I'm sure a couple others are out there who produce them from time to time, but they never sell, if they're out there. I'm hopeful that if things keep going well, I'll actually be able to offer a few babies for sale and not just keep them for myself. Someday...

Oh my goodness!! I love them! I’m so glad you’ve been so successful in breeding them and hatching the eggs! They’re so tiny and cute!
